Pilates
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. He called his method “Contrology” because it emphasizes body control, core strength and impact-free whole-body training.
Nutrition
Food is fuel. Of course, it can taste great, too. Eating is spiritual. We are reminded – multiple times a day – that we are dependent on God’s created food to stay alive.
Meditation
Meditation helps us eliminate the web of distracting thoughts constantly vying for our attention. We can find calm and move toward inner peace the more we practice the habit of mindful (prayerful) meditation.
